I'am 17years old I'am on porbation for shop lifting my P.O is trying to make it to where I can't see my mom or my boyfriend anymore. They are good people theres no reason why I should'nt beable to see them. But if my p.o makes it that way then I want to get married to I have to have permissition from my p.o to get married?

Who has custody of you? Why are you not in your mother's care? I would think you would have to do a lot more then shoplifting in order to not be with your mom.

Until your 18 you do need to have concent to get married from who ever your guardian is.
