What is the name of your state? FL

Out of the blue, my ex (CP) started mailing me copies of my daughter's monthly ped's office visits costs and her monthly script refill's. Confused, I looked at my Final Judgement and it states that both of us are to equally pay 1/2 of what is not covered by medical/dental insurance.

My ex has full coverage on all the children and has a 25.00 office visit co-pay and 15.00 co-pay for scripts. Does this mean I'm required to pay 1/2 co-pays for office visits and scripts? In 5 years I never paid these costs and my attorney hasn't gotten back to me on this matter after 3 attempts.

Yes, that is what your final judgement does state. You are EQUALLY responsible for HALF.

In your final judgement papers... is there anything in there that states that the ex has to give you 30 days once you receive the receipts? Or you have 30 days to pay once you receive the receipts for the bills?

No, there is nothing at all in my papers that state 30 days or anything about receipts at all.
Has she sent you only the recent ones, or has she sent you ALL of them from yrs. ago?

Since your order states that you each pay 1/2, you need to pay the recent ones. The older ones are a different matter, depending on how old they are. IF you really want the hassle you can refuse to pay the older ones, let her take you to court and explain how she waited so long. I really don't advise doing that because it's such a big hassle, but you do have legal grounds for refusing to pay the older ones.
