I live in Vancouver, Canada. i have lived with my partner fo almost two years. He is the father of my 1 year old. We are now separating. Do I qualify for spousal support along with child support?:confused:

You called him your partner, not your husband.

If he is not your spouse, you aren't qualified for any spousal support.

Furthermore, even if he were your spouse, the fact that the marriage was so short-lived would hurt your chances, too.

Yes, you would be entitled to CS, if you have primary physical custody of the child.
