What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I posted our situation on another thread, but received no answers. At this point I am assuming there is no alternative other than to file Chapter 11 for our business.
We cannot afford to pay a lawyer for this. We just simply and absolutely do not have the money for it.
Is there a way to file bankruptcy for a small business with no assets and no employees for free?

Also, is there a 'credit report'type of thing to run for a business so we can see all the debts that are claimed against the tax-id?

Thanks for your input.
