What is the name of your state? Colorado

Does anyone know of a do-it-yourself form to modify CS? We are getting custody of my step-daughter, and my husband and his ex want to draw up a document of a newly agreed upon CS amount to file with the court. We know that child support is normally set by the state, but the state law we researched said that the parents can pay their own named amount IF both parties agree to the amount. Any ideas? Thanks tons!

Actually...your state website is probably the best place to look for the forms.

However, another option would be to use a previous motion from the case as a "template" to create your own motion.

Thanks

Thank you. I will try to find the last motion to follow, but I believe the last motion was a part of the transcripts of the original divorce decree. I'll see what I can find :)
