What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ I am a judgement creditor on two old , but still open judgements that will most likely remain uncollectable..my debtors have no assets that I can locate..is it mute to docket these judgements with the State due to the fact neither debtor ownes any real estate property? Would docketing have any benefits as opposed to just leaving them filed @ the county level & checking/looking for assets that may be discovered sometime in the future..which I think is pretty unlikely...Thank-You in Advance For Any Reply~What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
