Our Trustee sent us a letter asking us to mail:

Copy of all titles for vehicles
Copy of all deeds for home
3 years of tax returns
3 months of bank statements
Copies of paycheck stubs
A statement detailing how much money was owed to us by our employer(s) for the week that we filed.
Social Security cards
Drivers licenses

I think that's all we sent, but every Trustee is different.

That isn't a full list though. Just what I could remember that we had to send. There were other items that didn't apply to our situation. I think one of them was something about life insurance policies.
