i am 33 year old divorcing in maryland, my lawyer states my wife may rate alimony. i supported her to finish her bachelors degree but she is still working at job making 18k a year(in her field), i make 52k. she is also requesting my pension (i have only been in pension plan 4 years) what can i expect from this divorce. what about marital property?
we hace 23,000 value in marital property and can make 10,000 on the sale of our house.
