Does anyone know if there are any mileage limitations when visitation is granted to the non-custodial parent? Example: my soon to be ex is living over 200 miles from the county that I reside in.

Many different factors come into play when a judge decides visitation in that kind of situation. The age of the child...the previous relationship beween the child and the parents...which parent moved (assuming that the parents lived in the same community to start with when the child was born...so the answer isn't always simple.
