So I'm the [Dev] of an app that makes geofilters available for snapchat where ever you are. I'm currently hosting it from my own server because I'm not sure if it does violate the TOS of snapchat.
My own opinion is that is does not, obviously, why would i develope something if it was illegal. So please help me determine if this violates their TOS or not.

I'm not using the snapchat api in any way and this is not a snapchat client. We are not manipulating the snapchat app. And there is no reverse engineering involved. This is a stand alone app, basically like any geolocation faker app but with its own special features.

These are the points I've extracted that could violate the TOS:

Modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Services or Snapchat Content, or any portion thereof;

Any use of the Services or Snapchat Content other than for their intended purposes.

Any use of the Services or Snapchat Content other than as specifically authorized in these Terms, without the prior written permission of Snapchat, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license to use Snapchat granted in these Terms.

Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access;

Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, beyond the scope of their intended use, or otherwise prohibited in these Terms or the terms of any third party that govern a particular Service;

Develop any third-party applications that interact with User Content or the Services without our prior written consent;

The whole TOS document can be found here:

Any help is appriciated. Thanks in advance!
