What is the name of your state? Texas
Can my ex add my current wife's income in computing child support? According to my decree I get one of three exemptions on tax return. Now she wants me to give that up, and/or re-evaluate the amount of child support I pay her. I am current on support, plus pay for half of just about everything else for the kids,,,like church trips, clothes, school supplies, sports activities...
Any comments would be appreciated.

Thank you

Your wife's income is moot - she's not responsible for the children you have with someone else.
