Lately, my neighbor has been calling the cops on my dogs. We let them out in our backyard, and yes they bark. They are dogs and bark. He's an old mad and is always complaining about how loud they are. Our yard is fenced in, and we only leave them outside for 1 or 2 hours a day in the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes he takes matters into his own hand and will beat on our fence with a stick, or zap them with this dog tazer thing. And he calls the cops. I've told them every time that he is abusing our dogs, but I guess they just don't care. It's gotten to the point where I have to leave my animals inside if I go some where for the day, and they tear up my house and use the bathroom on my carpet. The next time the cops are called they will be taken away. I want to take legal action, but don't know what to do. Please help!

In other words, your dogs are a nuisance and you have not properly trained them so that they are housebroken. You state you only leave them outside for 1 or 2 hours a day in the middle of the afternoon and yet you state that when you leave you now can't leave them outside. Do you work?
Have you crate trained your dogs? Have you housebroken them? How long are you home with them? Not all dogs bark ridiculously. If you were a good owner your dogs would NOT tear up the house and use the carpet as a bathroom.

I notice throughout your post, you blame everyone else rather than yourself for the issues with the dogs. You need to learn how to be a proper dog owner.

Hey everybody I'm an irresponsible dog owner who never bothered to propertly train my dogs and they cause a disturbance for hours at a time which bothers my neighbor. How do I get my neighbor to stop complaining.

You're pretty lucky your dogs are still alive. Where I come from if you did that somebody would eventually take their .22 with a scope and that would be the end of your dogs.
