What is the name of your state?Washington State
I was with someone and we broke up. I was court ordered to pay child support (which I have been for 5 years). Now I find out he is not my son, and she knew it from day one. Will I still be liable to continue child support even though she knew he was not my son? Does it matter if I'm the birth certificate or not? Thank you

How do you know he's not yours? Was there a DNA test done?

I'm not sure about your question though. Just from doing a brief skim over Washington paternity laws it says that paternity acknowledgments after July 1997 are conclusive. Are you in the boys life on a regular basis? Maybe you should consult with an attorney and ask how disestablishing paternity works in your state.
