Is it legal to register a domain name that is a celebritys name (first and last) if you intend to use it as a personal fan site devoted to that celebrity?
Ask your Service Provider. In addition perhaps you could ask the Celeb the same question. But I'd be pretty ticked if I found out someone used the name of a Celeb but in essence had nothing to do with that Celeb. In other words you are using the name to draw people in!
