What is the name of your state?CA

I started a company with two others. We came up with new product and filed for a patent and it is now in patent pending status in the companies name. I sold my shares in the company to the other two remaining members. It now looks like the patent might actually hit. I did come up with the majority of the patent.. do I have any rights if this makes money?

thank you for your time.

If you assigned the rights to the patent to the company, then no, you have no further rights to the patent.
