What is the name of your state? WA

I am having a hard time finding out how to go about getting a paternity test done for 2 chidren that my fiance is paying for, when the children are not his. The woman he was with for 8 years told him that she was having his babies and low and behold 3 years after they seperated she tells him the names of the fathers of his "so called" children. It makes it hard when I know that she will not participate on getting a DNA test done, because as she states " it will mess up her cash flow " . The children reside in Illinois and we reside in Washington. I just need some guidence please help.

Well, for starters, you can't do anything at all. This is not your case/problem/business/situation. It's his.

Is he paying CS through the state, via court order? If so, which state?

Was paternity legally established? If so, when, exactly?

You can't do anything. Apparently your fiance was legally adjudicated to be the father and that was the time to bring up a paternity test. If he did not he may very well have waived any chance of dis-establishing paternity. How old are the children?
Most likely unless the other men that were named decide to establish paternity, he is on the hook.

But again you can't do anything.

The children now are 5 and 9. We try and send them clothes, toys, ect. but she wont except anything but money. He tries to talk to them, and she just hangs up... telling him to never call her phone again. She even went to the extent of taking back the Christmas presents he bought for the children and getting the money back, so she could have booze money. Now she is rubbing it in his face telling him that she likes the checks he sends for child support but thats what he gets cause he left her. When she cheated on him with his own brother. Some family. The child support was through public aid in Illinois.

So dad doesn't have a child support order? Or visitation order? If not that is HIS problem.
