What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Signed mediation agreement with husband about child visitation. Child is one year old. Decree says at age of three standard visitation will apply. so does this mean the arrangement we agreed to is in effect now and when the child turns three standard visitation will go into effect?

Yes...Seemingly.

Thanks. My Atty requested a findings of fact and conclusion of law it states standard possession order as agreed to by the parties shall become effective when the child of the marriage reaches three years old. then right under that the visitation agreement we came to in mediation is listed

What did you agree to in mediation? If you agreed to more than standard visitation then there may be a problem.

We agreed to him having our daughter when he is off since he does shift work which is two weekends per month. So what do we go by, standard visitation or what we agreed on?

Well, whatever you agreed upon until you child turns three, but you are not being very clear on what you agreed upon. What you stated above could be interpreted different ways.

Please forgive me I did not mean to be vague. We agreed that he gets her two weekends a month and one overnight visit a week determined by his shift schedule.

One more question, so whatever we agreed to in mediation is in effect from now until our daughter makes three, then we go to standard visitation? Correct? Or is that the way it usually happens?

If that's what your court order says, that's what your court order means.
