What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mo.

Many people on u-tube post their opinions on what will be the best lineup to play in the NBA games. This includes discussion and the showing of their selections. Recently Draftkings sent out emails to these people, saying it violates their terms and if they don't stop posting full lineups, their accounts will be suspended. Their Terms of Service are here: https://www.draftkings.com/terms-of-use The section in question is under Conditions of Participation. My question is, doesn't this policy go against our 1st Amendment rights?

No. The first amendment protects you from the government. It does not protect you from how a private entity wishes to run it's business. Their site, their rules.
