What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My company just implemented a dress code policy requiring everyone to wear suits (and ties for the men). The company requires everyone to wear the suit all the time - even on their lunch break. Is that legal? If they aren't paying me, I shouldn't have to dress in a suit, right?
