What is the name of your state? MD

Well...another example of actually how unfair the treatment for NCP. As you all know my husband has arrears about $1000 (3 months) when he lost his job. That is from March to May and he got a job now and the payment starting again together with arrears (which they divided into 12 months), and we are planning to pay in full when we get enough money within 2 to 3 months. We also submit the form that asked them not to suspend the DL due to work. And sent it by registered mail which they received. Call them twice to remind them and they said everything is okay.

Today, got a letter from a DMV that the DL is suspended. Well, if they suspend someone's DL how they think that person is going to work and pay the child support? I cannot wait for this to be over!

Your husbands only option is to try to appeal based on the fact that he is now paying as ordered. Maybe pay a little more than the current order for the arrears to show good faith?

Thanks Veronica, the amount is automatically deducted from his employer and we are planning to pay in full soon, so we can get back to the original order amount. Actually we got the letter after they even already received the money as requested.
