I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

eesh, big probs. Well, I would say they cannot haul you to court for the warning they gave you. If you are in court for something else, and have a criminal probation, may I suggest you get an attorney.

As a single father with limited income or resource, may I suggest you contact your state bar association (call 411). Ask for lawyer referral to either legal aid/pro bono attorneys who have experience in this area/other publicly funded organizations.

Hope this helps.
