What is the name of your state?Ohio

I'm taking a friend to court in the morning. He had already had 2 DUS no alcohol involved. He had not paid his reinstatement fees, and of course got pulled over again. ( He as moving to a new house with his family ) Now this makes 3 DUS. Anyone know what will happen to him in the morning? Will they keep him? Need to know. Thanks

I don't know anything about your case, but IF he is going to get a jail sentence, even a brief one, they will take him directly from the courtroom. I have heard of people taking friends with them when they thought this was inevitable. Hold all his belongings such as wallet, keys, phone, jewelry, etc. These would be taken and held for him when he is booked, but he may feel better having you keep them on his behalf. I've also heard that in some jails they wear flip-flops for shoes, and the jails are often very cold. White socks only are allowed here in Florida jails, no other color. So if a guy's wearing black trousers and black socks, in Florida he might wear athletic socks under the black ones so his feet are warm. Yeah, little details, but they can help.
