What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa
I wrecked my car because I didn't realize I was on black ice. Trooper was not on scene but called me on the phone when I was in the ER being treated for injuries. Wanted my insurance policy... interrogated me , I didn't understand what was going on with him
He called the next week for my insurance policy number did not mention any ticket
Later I recieve the citation.
I'm not sure he was ever at the scene.
Does the accident make me automatically guilty? There is no reasonable and prudent speed on ice.
Is there a dependable argument?
