In my divorce paper work alimony is supose to drop in March of 2001. My question is how do I get the Payment Adjustment to my work so that the court order (a volintary Support assignment, My choice) for alimony gets dropped on time??
The few people I talked to said that I needed to file out a JDF-1401 or Motion to Terminate, Is it truely that simple. Because nothing so far has been that simple, Because Colorado is still a mother rights state.
