i was just chargeg with a dwi it is my fourth one . my que
stion is i only have one lung i need to know if this would
affect a breathalizer test . I do not think i was drunk but
that showed otherwise. i also was charged with assaulting an
officer i would like to what you think i will be charged with a rough estimate.
