What is the name of your state? Vermont

Can landlords use this in a apartment lease Agreement?

The statement is: Owner may terminate this lease for crimninal activity by a houseold member in accordance with this section if owner determines that the houseold member commited the criminal activity, reguardles of whether the houseold member has been arrested or convicted for such activity.

Vermont state says it takes a police officer and a judge to determine criminal activites.

We were put out on this by false accusations made by a young tenant (family) who did not like us. They accused of stalking, there are no police actions filed in court on us. We were never allowed to tell our side of the story. I am a disabled vet with very limited income, and my girlfriend is disabled too. This state has no legal help for the poor, elder, and disabled in such matters. Pro bono does not exist or impossible to find. A person is innocent until proven guilty, and where is the due process of the law. All citizens of the U.S. have U.S. Constitutional and State Constitutional Rights.

Could somebody Help Me please.

I am a disabled Vet that offered to fight and die for this country it is shame to get treated like this.

**A: you state you "were put out"; what exactly does that mean? Were you evicted due to court action or did you just leave on your own?
