wyoming. lawyer did a crappy job at trial, presented little of what was discussed between lawyer and client before the trial, advised client not to take the stand, so she never got to say anything she wanted to say. here's the catch: the attorney was out drinking with the client on night of arrest, and now client thinks she was advised not to take the stand so that it never came up that he was out drinking with her. any chance of getting a new trial on conflict of interest or something?

I'm no lawyer...but it would stand to reason to me that she should be able to get a new trial based on that.
