dui court june 6th

i go to court on june 6th in west court orange county ive already postphoned pretrial twice because i couldnt afford a lawyer and i still cant and i cant get a public defender and the worst part is that iwasnt even driving what do i do

I thought you are entitled to an attorney if you were arrested for a dui. But if this is just a citation, then you are probably not entitled to one.

Okay, contact come monday morning, your local legal aid foundation (community guide section of yellow pages under legal services) and find the criminal law/defense division.
