i recently got a ticket for a dui although i was never asked to sign the ticket. I did not sign the ticket where you must sign agreeing to appear in court. Should i appear in court? thank you adam stewart-

BAC is just one determiner. Do you have witnesses to show that you were not driving erratically? Swerving? etc? Perhaps subpoena (can get the proper forms from court) the video tape of the patrol car that stopped you?

But I think this is one, especially for someone so young, requires an attorney. Why? So your record and future job success is not marred by it. http://www.attorneypages.com
