What is the name of your state? Oregon

I am in court-ordered treatment for a DUI conviction and I also serve as an infantryman in the Oregon National Guard. The people in charge of my treatment keep telling me that if I get deployed overseas at any time before my treatment is over, I will have to start completely over from the beginning when I get back. That means all of the time and energy I've put in so far would be wasted but more importantly the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I've already spent would be wasted as well. This does not seem right. Can they legally screw over a soldier like that just because he got called up for duty or can the Army or a lawyer step in and tell them otherwise? The reason I want to know is because it looks like my unit will be deployed before my treatment is up.

Notify your command that you are in treatment. I had a sodier that was in treatment here in CT when we were called. the unit chose not to deploy him. note the word "chose".

if my unit 'choses' to let me deploy or make me deploy can my treatment facility bump me from their program and make me start over when i got back?
