Just wondering??? I was arrested for dui in ohio. I was in my car in my parking lot and not driving. I was working on my radio and fell asleep after a few hours of doing it. I had the engine on for heat(temp.24 and snowing) and there were no tracks that said I was driving. The ticket said "Private Property" and my address. Is this legal??? Also what is the time limit to have my convicted?? I was told 90dys from arrest. Thanks

I do not know the conviction period in your state, but in Kansas the courts have 2 years. Yes you read it correctly "2 YEARS" to bring you up on charges.
