What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? DE
Not sure if this is the right place for this....
I often come on here asking questions on behalf of my nephew and invariably get alot of grief for being a 3rd party buttinsky. So, please tell me what these words mean:
"...hereby make, constitute and appoint, my uncle, xxxxxxxx of yyyyy County, PA, my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, giving unto the said xxxxxxxx full power to do and perform all and every act that I may legally do through an attorney in fact, and every proper power necessary to carry out the purposes for which this power is granted, and full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and affirming that which xxxxxxx, caused to be done by him or his substitute lawfully designated by virtue of the power herein conferred upon him. This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal."
Does this Durable POA clear the way for me to ask questions here on behalf of my nephew?
