What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

A family member was arrested for DV and all charges against her was dropped and the case was dismissed by the City Attorney (DA) in the City Municipal court the following day. She is on work Permit and she is going to file her I-485 papers (her husband, primary GC applicant,is also on work permit).
She disclosed her arrest on the questionnaire.
What are the documents that she should submit to USCIS?
1)She got the certificate dismissed case report.
2)She got the police report - which contains charges against her (for Assault and battery)-this doesn't describe incident.
3)She got the background check from the police department.
4)She has another document that she got from the police - the case document - detailed incident stated by police and victim).

Should she submit 4) as well?

Will she get her GC?
