Last month my ex-wife's husband assaulted me and I had him arrested. Now in retaliation they went to the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) who now want to interview me before my next visit. Can DYFS alone stop me from visiting my kids if I have court order visitation or do they have to get a court order?
