I feel like E-bay has singled me (and possibly other individuals that are not "power sellers") because they do not want the small individual seller from
competing with their larger "power sellers", the meat of their income. I have tried to list several items on E-bay and they have rejected or deleted those items because they were not in line with their selling policies. When in fact, I
see the same listings from the "power sellers" all the time, just listed differently with a few words that are not the same as my listing. Anybody else have or had problems like this??

thanks

Being a "non-power seller" is not a protected class. You have no legal recourse. Now to answer your question about problems like this, you are in the wrong type of forum.

My bank won't loan me a $100 million dollars so I can run for governor and yet they just did for a woman in my state.

Is that discrimination based on sex? Or, is that just their legitimate business model completely unrelated to a protected category? (They made a lot more profit from her as she could pay it back with interest where as I had to search for coins under the cushion to pay for my lunch today.)

Those 'few words' are more than likely the difference between listings being left in place and listings being pulled.
