Hello everyone,
I have recently purchased a laptop and mobile phone over the net using my credit card i am 17. I electronically signed the document and clicked on the eclusion clause that was sent after my payment (by credit card). Anyway i was sent the wrong laptop and told to pay extra for the phone which wasnt in the original contract. Can anyone offer some advice??
I needed both for school so im not sure whether the minor thing applies either. Any replies would be appreciated greatly.

As you are (I assume) an unemancipated minor you can't make contracts for most things. Did you use your own credit card or your other's or father's? If s/he authorized you to use his/hers, then you were his/her agent and you could bind him/her.

BUT if they sent you the wrong stuff and engaged in misleading sales tactics, call the credit card company and protest.
