What is the name of your state? Nevada

Does a small busniess have to pay out earned vacation pay to their employees during a Chapter 7 bankruptcy? We are currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and it looks like we are headed into Chapter 7 soon.

In a Chapter 7, don't hold your breath. Any assets will be distributed to creditors. BAsically, unpatd taxes will have priority and then employees. Doubt you'll see anything.
