What is the name of your state?NC
I posted a simular question months ago with no reply but have been following enother post simular and didn't want to HJ
I recieved a list of restrictions when I purchased my property 2 years ago, none from the title co. I checked, when I went to the county ones I had where filed. Yet when I asked the women questions about updated ones she went to enother area for about 5 minutes and showed up with one totally different then I had dated 9+years ago, she said they just didn't get to the deeds yet. My question is there any recorse as with easments, from title co. or sellers, these newer restrictions diminish my property values greatly, there is no zoning here so you rely on these restrictions to keep things in check.
Hopefully an answer this time. Thank You.
