EB2 related Question

If EB2 NIW 1-140 is approved from Indian with Priority date Dec 2008, does that person have to remain employed all the time...I mean if that person loses the job now and has to be on H4 for a considerable amount of time....Will that affect the EB2 NIW process to get green card?

You'd have to be employed in the same or similar capacity as that under which the NIW was filed in order to qualify for the green card.
