I live in FL and signed a Confidentiality Agreement, Non Replicate Agreement, Non Solicit Agreement and Non Disclosure. The weird thing about the contract is all 4 are seperate documents that require a separate signature. I would assume that makes each one Independent of the other and not a dependent covenant. On the Confidentiality Agreement that comes first I am referred to as an Independent Agent. Even where I sign it says Independent agent. The context of the agreement appears to apply that I am contracted and not a employee. The Non Replicate is the same I am listed as Independent Agent and same where I sign. Both the Non Disclosure and Non Solicit I am referred again as a Independent Agent but where I sign it says Independent Agent then my signature and below that is the only place it says employee. It looks as though I signed a contract for a Independent Contractor. The Confidently Agreement even talks about employees of the Independent Agent. Is this contract void if I was a hourly paid employee at first and received a W2.
