My employer has entered in Chapter 11 and I have an employment agreement with my employer from 2 years ago. The agreement defines "change in control" as - The consummation of a plan of complete liquidation, dissolution, or sale of substantially all the assets of the company". Under chapter 11 is the employment agreement still valid?

The bankruptcy filing allows the court to cancel any agreements or contracts against the petitioner.
