I am employed fulltime in OHIO. A few days ago I post a topic acking about my hours getting cut at work Click here to see post I reference. In short my employer cut my hours almost in half blaming it on business being slow. He also added in the perverbial "BESIDES YOUR LEAVING IN A MONTH FOR THE MILITARY". I asked if this was legal and someone responded stating it wasn't. I am a trooper. I didn't want any trouble at work so I just said fine cut the hours. BUT today I come in and a new sales person had started today. I thought money was tight, and now they cut my hours and hired someone new. Has my employer further infringed on my USERAA rights?

Please advise.

I recall your earlier post and that I advised you to contact your recruiting officer or JAG office to discuss the situation and so that they could contact your employer and advise them of the legal requirements as necessary. Have you done that?

I don't see that their employing this new person further infringes on your USERRA rights - it just bolsters your claim that they cut your hours because of your military status and not for economic reasons.
