What is the name of your state? Texas

We purchased a lot one year ago. Out neighbor moved into the lot next door and put up a fence 15 feet onto my side of my property. Four the last 4 months I have repeatedly asked him to remove it. He has stated that he will do so but has done nothing. I have shown him the survey, shown him the stakes and property line and he has acklowledged that his fence is on my property. Do I have the right to remove it? Do I have the right to charge him for the removal? What is the name of your state?

Send him a certified letter demanding he remove the fence within XX days.
If he doesn't, tear it down, and charge him for the expense.
