Texas. I am on probation and it is set to end in August. However, they have filed a MTR due to a DWI that I got charged with. If the MTR isn't acted on by August, will my probation end with no consequences?

Once the Motion or Petition to Revoke is filed, your time on probation is tolled. That means you will not be getting off of probation in August if the MTR is still pending.
