My fiancee and I are supposed to get married in 6 weeks. I recently found out that she betrayed my trust. During one of her visits to me, she smoked marijuana in my house. I personally do not do drugs, but I believe that it is a personal choice, however, I expect people to respect and follow the rules of my house.
We are trying to work out this problem between us, but it is not easy. We are on the verge of ending the relationship. Her parents have put out a lot of money in preparation of the wedding. Her parents also do not know that she smokes marijuana.
The plan at this time is that we are going to be married in Illinois and she is going to move to my house in Tennessee.
If I decide to end the relationship, and cancel the wedding, will I have to pay her parents back for the money they spent, because of breach of verbal contract? Or am I justified in ending it because she betrayed my trust with an illegal act?
I will appreciate any advice that anyone can give me.

Thanks
