What is the name of your state?TX SWINM Is a professional stripper. She strictly does dances and dances only. This has been okay for her in most clubs. A bigger club she worked at had her work 1 night she made good money and the manager liked her. She told that manager she would not perform sex acts with customers in vip..the manager seemed okay with it but the next day she received a call from the manager saying the owner placed her on the do not hire list for refusing to do VIP. My question is why didnt captain marvel usd the infinity gauntlent to snap thanos out of exsistance? Ha jk..no but is there anything this girl can do as in making sure the club sees justice? Rumor is they have local PD on the payroll. Maybe call texas rangers?

Her complaint is that management will not let her dance in the club unless she performs sexually with the customers?

She can report the club to whatever law enforcement agency is not "on the club's payroll."

She worked there 1 (one) night.

They don't have to hire her permanently if they don't want to.

Everyone knows which establishments are really just fronts for prostitution, and justice for SWINM would be finding more pleasant environment. And by "more pleasant environment" I mean one in which there is not an assumption that the talent isn't just chattel, and the employer provides a safe working environment for the dancers.

Yea. That is the tough part. I mean come to find out the place is a not so secret wh*** house. Police frequent the place as patrons and the girl fears retaliation. It is sa
Am I the only one who smells troll here?
No. I am not trolling. In all seriousness the club promotes prostitution and fires girls who do not partake in illegal activities. It is a pretty bad situation for women already in bad situations

The dancer should report the establishment to law enforcement and find work elsewhere. The establishment firing her is not the worst thing in the world.

She no longer works there and is in the process of leaving that type of work behind her. For me on the other hand it disgust me that they can operate above the law. It disgust me they fire her for not sleeping with men. It seems so criminal. Whe the opinions of dancers varies from person to person it is my opinion that there is some workplace laws being broken. I am no lawyer but it just doesnt seem legal anyway you look at it.

It IS illegal. That is why the dancer should report the establishment to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Or you can do so.

Good deal. Like i mentioned the guy who runs this club has pretty deep pockets. Hes been accused of drugging and assaulting women in the past and when cops are called they are all smiles and sports talk. Should local pd been "in bed" with this owner who is the next agency on the totem pole. Maybe tabc? But this clubs been open for decades someone at sometime had to make them aware. Ahh it is frustrating when bad people are allowed to be bad people and remained unchecked.

I thought about it but we ate trying to put some time in between us so they do not find out it was her and retaliate.

Putting some time (and distance) between the dancer and the establishment sounds like a good plan.

Good luck.

That happens when you have a lot of off the books (tax free) income.

In closing. I here many stories simillar to this and worst. These club owners are nothing more than tax paying pimps who take advant of women who have no one to stand up for them. Personally i believe all strip clubs need better regulations or be shut down. Thank you all for your time
