I want to divorce my husband butlive in VA where a 1 year seperation law exists. Can I get a divorce in the state where we were married, FL, by using my dad's address. I am desperate. My husband is nuts but is telling everyone that I am, building a good case against me. We have a 6 year old son. Please help.

My response:

What you are suggesting is committing a fraud upon the Florida court, and committing perjury (when you sign Floridian legal documents under oath).
