Do you mean Court appointed Mediator or Court appointed Psych. Evaluator? Mediator's report copies are provided prior to the following hearing(s)...However, sometimes Psych. evals (730 or 733 evals) may contain information re; testing or the other party which the evaluator feels should not be disclosed.

If you have an attorney, have your attorney request a copy from the evaluator.
If you don't have an attorney, contact the evaluator directly & ask him/her.

a 733 evaluation is a rebuttal evaluation of the 730. Either party can petition the court for one if they feel the 730 eval. was biased, stale, etc.
the evaluator should send a copy automatically to you, or your attorney. Call your attorney and ask...so they can ask, myself, I got a call and the following report in the mail (no attorney)
That is not always the case. Sometimes the evaluators provide the court with their findings but do not release the report to the parties.

In what circumstance? A 'case manager' can be a Social Worker from CPS, as an example. Or do you mean "Case Management Conference"? (Which is where the parties meet to determine where the case is &/or what actions/hearings need to occur next).

What is IT? Your evaluator's report? Paperwork you were served with? Records for the child(ren)? Be more specific.
