What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

We have a commercial building and have had a tenant for 4 years in the building. We had a one year lease with the tenant and he always paid on time more or less. When the lease was up, we never signed a renewal agreement, he just keep paying the same rate and everything was good.

No he has decided not to pay us any more. He is alway waiting on money to come from somewhere, bank put a hold on the checks he deposited and he will get us a check next week.

Well, he is 3 months behind.

How do I kick him out and how long approx. will it take to get him evicted?

Thanks,

Commerical renters do not have the same protections as residential renters . If tenant wont pay his rent for cmmercial space Id say you should double check with the links above to make sure you can just bring a lock smith out and change the locks. The atty you speak to can also advise you about what kind of notice to post on the door Or if you would be better off taking the tenant to court first.

I was looking for a more concrete answer to the question. Thanks
