What is the law in Davidson Co TN on a 6 mo lease,an eviction for non payment,1st occurrence, on notice an termination,filing eviction,etc?
I have a tenant who has been given a 14 day notice to pay-late rent (an says or legal action will be taken)after the 5 day Grace period…can I terminate lease on 15th day …no payment … an file eviction process or do I have to give 14 more days to leave?

An what if they are willing to move out voluntarily ,now,…How many days do you allow?
